Villa Bergola
A private summer house for a family in an amazing location. Imposing cliff walls separate the beach area from the house. The view from the top of the cliffs opens to the sea and the horizon. The idea lay in making the house more horizontal rather than vertical. The materials and shapes blend into the surroundings rather than making it stand out like a light house. The house utilizes elements that can be found on-site: stone, wood and most importantly the view.
