Krogerus, one of the largest law firms in Finland, has expanded the Helsinki headquarter with a new floor adding 1200 m2 to the existing 7000 m2.

The new 6th floor extension seamlessly blends the character of the previously designed facilities and the original 1960s building with a modern, functional design. Clean architectural lines and large windows preserve the mid-century aesthetic, while carefully designed finishes introduce a warm, contemporary feel. A spacious lounge at the heart of the extension provides an inviting, warm atmosphere.

A custom lighting fixture designed by artist Pasi Kärkkäinen-Tunkelo positioned above the internal staircase between all office floors brings a sculptural and finishing touch to the space.

Newly constructed meeting rooms, quiet rooms and phone rooms, each offer privacy for focused work or confidential conversations. These rooms incorporate subtle soundproofing, soft lighting, and furnishings that balance comfort with professionalism.
